How Sequences works
- Write the steps: an opening email and follow-ups, with a delay between each.
- Choose the list of leads and a sending schedule.
- Connect a mailbox. When sending is enabled for your workspace, start the sequence and follow the results.

Questions
Can I send email from Harbilo today?
Only when a mailbox is connected and sending is enabled for your workspace. Until then sequences are drafts, and the workspace says so.
Whose address do emails come from?
Yours. A sequence sends from the mailbox you connect, never from a shared Harbilo address.
Does Harbilo write the emails?
No. You write them, or your own AI agent does through the API. Harbilo is not an AI agent.
